1:1 Healing
Are you working through a tough time in your life or feeling stagnant? Join me for a personalized one to one healing session to help with breaking through. During this time we will discuss the challenges you are currently facing in order to discover the root of the issue. Together we will target the issue with Reiki and/or Sound Healing. You will also learn helpful techniques to utilize in daily life in order to continue the healing after the session has ended. When we heal our own energy blocks it allows positive energy to flow through our lives and the lives of those around us.

Private Group Sessions
These sessions are for groups that want to heal individually, with one another, or to gather energy for a celebration - its a beautiful addition to a birthday party, bridal shower or baby shower! Join me for a personalized private group healing session for you and your partner, family or friends. During this time we will discuss your goals and intentions. Together we will focus the groups energy while using Reiki and/or the Sound Healing. You will also learn helpful techniques to utilize in daily life in order to continue the healing after the session has ended.
